Testerld Nora Langdon spent many days a week at the Royal Oak Gym, training for lifting contests. She has become a(n)     1     (outstand) idol to people of all ages.

A lack of sleep can not only make you angry, but can increase the risk of serious health condition such as obesity, heart disease and diabetes (糖尿病). Molly played on the playground with Bella     1     was her good friend yesterday.
