This summer I took part in a really interesting project. It’s called One-Day Clean-up, which aim is to clear rubbish. I heard about it from my neighbor who used to taking part several years before. I thought it would be a fun. Most of the people there are teenagers. We picked up all the rubbish that we could find by the seaside. It made me realize what important it was to increase people’s awareness on protecting the environment. I’m determined now to get my family recycle as many as possible. It will be worth it if we can make our seas safe for all sea animal.

Do you believe love is the most important? In the early twenty century, homeless people were often brought up in orphanages, in that they received little love. At one time, Dr. Skeels took twelve children from an art orphanage or had a young girl look them each day. He also studied another the twelve children who are left in the orphanage all day long. He followed these children until they grew up, and the results were shocked. The children staying all day in the orphanage were either dead or suffering from serious illnesses. However, the twelve children loved by the girl were all healthy and independently. The only differences between these children -- the love, made a great difference to us.

Dear boys and girls,
Today we gather here to have a send-off meeting. Our English teacher Miss Brown was going to return to her own country tomorrow. On behalf of all my schoolmates as well as myself, I express their hearty thanks to her. In the past two years, Miss Brown has taught us writing English. We enjoyed her lessons very much because of her method of teaching was quite different from other. That she gave us in the lessons was both lively and interestingly. With her help, we wouldn’t have made rapid progress in English. Now she is going to leave our school. We thank her very much for her wonderful works and hope that she will able to be back again.

On my first day in high school, I meet my deskmate. She was the first person I got to knowing in the school and I depended on her great.
She was warm-hearted and helped me get familiar to the new environment. The quality which impressed me most were her determination. When we worked together, I wanted to give up the task sometimes because I found out it difficult. However, my deskmate always encouraged myself to carry on. At last, we solved all the problem through our efforts. That she taught me still affects me now.
I'm lucky enough to make friends with so nice person. May our friendship last forever.
