I still remember my thirteen birthday celebration. Instead of the usually parties, my parents decided to spend the whole day with myself. Everyone should take the action to reduce haze (雾霾), which is harmless to our health. First of all, I believe that if we plant more tree, there will be less haze in their city. Trees can absorb exhaust fumes (尾气) from cars, thus reduce pollution. Second, the government should punish the factories where produce too many fumes. Exhaust fumes is the main cause of haze and do greatly harm to people’s health. Maybe we can move factories to areas where few people live. Third, I think it was a great idea to encourage people to use public transportation. Last but not least, we can call on citizens ride bikes if they make short journeys.

Last Saturday, the members of the Students’ Union showed exchange students studied in our school around the local History Museum.
The students gathered at the school gate at 8:30 am, and then take a bus to the museum, where they showed great interest in the development of their city. They watched videos about local history and admired the treasure from different periods at the moment they arrived. The exchange students were amazing at the ancient objects displayed and deep impressed by the members’ vivid description.
The visit was great success. Not only did it helped the exchange students learn more about China, and it also helped promote friendship between Chinese students and exchange students.

To enrich students’ school life, an excited competition was held on last Saturday on the school playground. I share a great relationship with my parents although my points of view greatly differ from that of my parents. How do I make it?
First, I listen to my parents’ word. Not only do I carry out with the duties they’ve assigned me but also I do whichever I can to make them perfect. Second, I talk to them. As I entered my mid- teens, I felt upset because they didn’t allow me make my own decisions. Fortunate, after my communicating with them, they gradually accept my decisions.
