When I was in primary school, one day I got up early and cook noodles for my parents. First, I boiled some water. Then I put some noodles into the pot. About five or six minutes later, I placed it in the bowls and added some salt and oil. When my parents got up, they were surprising and praised me for that I did.
It was the first time that I had cooked for them. A little bit tired and happy, I felt proud of myself because of I could take care of my parents. From this unforgettable experience, I’ve also got deeper understanding of my parents.
I think it’s our duty to share some houseworks. Besides, do some house chores is a kind of physically exercise. As teenagers, we should take action to help around the house!

Last week, my parents went to business. I had to stay at home and took care of me. My parents always cook meals for me but I had little about cooking. Because of hungry I decided to cook a meal for myself. Firstly, I searched some informations about tomato noodles. Then I prepared some ingredients and a tomato. Next, I cut tomato into slices and put them into the hot pot. After one minute, I poured two bowls of water into the hot pot and waited for boiled water. Several minutes later, I put noodles into the pot and covered with it. After a while, a bowl of tomato noodles were ready. Enjoying it, I was proud of myself.

Then I was wetted some cloths and squeezed the water out. Next, I put the cold wet cloth on her burn and finally tied the bandages around my wrist. She felt better before I made some coffee for her. I offered to staying with her until she was much better. Sally was grateful and said that my offer would make great difference to her recovery.

Does the university you attend or the major you choose determine your success in the future? According up to a recent survey done by China Youth Daily, 48.6 percent of participants believe that the university one goes to plays a important role in shaping their future. On the other hand, 33.8 percent of people held the view that it's what you do in the university which matters. For some students, they think that a prestigious university does bring many benefit. Without access to academic training, in college, she wouldn't have successfully got their invaluable experience. However, others believe that choose the right major has much weight than choosing a good university. Both the university and one's major are important, and they don't necessary determine your life. It's what one has learned that matters.
