At that time, China was ruled by the Yuan Dynasty Emperor, Kublai Khan. Kublai Khan welcomed to Marco and his father. He was very happy to meet two foreigners and wanted to learn all Europe. Marco and her father were guests at the Emperor’s Palace. Although Marco was young, he was very clever and could already speak four languages. A Emperor was impressed by him or they became friends. He asked Marco to serve in his court and send him to do many important tasks across the country. Marco, in turn, was amazed by what beautiful and powerful China was.

All parents work hard to give his kids a good education, include my parents. So I put a lot of effort into study on return. First of all, I listened carefully in class. Besides, after reaching home, I do my homeworks at once to make sure I have time read books before going to bed. On weekends, I go out with my friends for fun, what allows me to relax after a busiest week’s study. Of course, I cannot always keep my mind on the study. Therefore, I get into the habit of doing exercise regular.
After school, I was about to enter my apartment building when I saw a little dirty dog lie beside the dustbin. He looked extreme weak. Immediately the homeless dog filled me of sympathy, so I decided to take him home. I gave to him some food and a bath. After the bath he looked energetic and refreshed. What a lovely dog!
When my parents got home, I asked that I could keep the dog. To my surprises and happiness, they agreed. Up to now, he has become member of our family. Everyone had enjoyed his company.
Looking at the cute, happy dog today, I realize that I did the right thing. I just offered him a shelter and he has brought ourselves great happiness and laughter.

Nowadays, students are paying less and less attention to handwriting.
According to a survey, about 85.8 percent of middle school students think that their handwriting is poorly. Yet for various reason, many students don't want to improve their handwriting. 51.5 percent think that they can use a computer, so there is not need to waste the time improving their handwriting. 32.3 percent believe that they are such busy with the study that they don't have time practice. 10.9 percent think that practice handwriting is useless.
Writing style show the man. Beautiful handwriting is very benefit, especially for middle school students. Therefore, in my opinion, more emphasis should be placed in this aspect.

Reading had a lot of benefits. It can open up our eyes because of books are full of knowledges. I like reading newspapers and magazines , that I get lots of fun from and learn about what's going on around the world. I also read storybooks or novels which make me relaxing and happy. I seldom read e-books because they're bad for eyes. On weekends, I usual spend a whole afternoon read in the library. And I also read for about half an hour before going to bed every night. Now I am going to read more classics as well as English books to improve your language skills. I'm sure reading can make difference to my life.

Yesterday a school boy is daydreaming in class. Not knowing that he was doing, he put a pen cap into his mouth. A few minutes late, he was terrified to find he had swallowed it! The teacher was shocking when the boy stood up and said,“I’ve just swallowed a pen cap.”He was quickly sent the nearest hospitals. Three hours later, the boy successfully made it. “She is really lucky,” said the doctor. “It’s very not rare that small children put things into their mouths for a fun. It’s very dangerous.”
