When I was a little boy, I see a science fiction film. It was about the future world, in that the way people lived was so astonished. What made I especially surprised was that they could drive cars in the sky! Since now, I have been curious the future world. Just about 100 years ago, flying in the sky seemed impossible, but now we can travel around a world by plane. With the latest achieve in technology, we can deal with most of our problem. Now we can even pay our bills online. I believe that the future world will become a much more nicer place than what it is.

Thank you for invite me to the summer English courses in your school .As for my choice between the two courses , I prefer the four-week course because of it will allow me more time to do traveling but make a little new friends . Here is my idea about how a friend is like. Firstly, a friend is someone you can share your secrets. If you tell him the secret, never will he talks about it with anybody else. Besides, a friend is always good listener when you need one. After hear your sad stories, he will say some words that is nice and warm. Still, your happiness makes him happily too. What’s more, a good friend is willing to offer the help to which you need, or can at least give you some advices. In a word, friends are those you like and trust, and you will enjoy every minute that you spent with them.

Yesterday evening Alice was busy prepare for her tomorrow’s test when suddenly loud noises came into her room. Her neighbor was watching football match on TV in his room.The noises were so loudly that she couldn’t go on studying. Postcards always spoil my holidays. Last summer, I go to Italy. I visited museums and sat in public gardens. A friend waiter taught me a few word of Italian. Then he lent me an book. I have recently been told that listen to loud music is gradually making people hard of hearing. I’m sure it has already been happened to my neighbor. For years she had turned a deaf ear to my requests to turn her radio down. When she gives a party she doesn’t have to invite a rest of the street. Everyone can dance in her music in his own room. Now a scientist has discovered certain electronic sounds have strangely effects on rats. He declares they break down, almost paralyze (瘫) with their legs trembled. Then it is simply a matter of throwing them out by their tail. I wonder that the same thing will happen to neighbor someday.

Everybody thinks of I have a real gift for painting. Therefore, I once did not like art lessons because I could not draw very good.
One day, I was playing with some paint as usually in Ms Luo’s art lesson. I mix the paint with water. As I took the brush away, I dropped some paint onto the paper. That immediately occurred to me was to blow it. The paint began to run, so I blew harder. The paint ran in all direction and made a very interested picture! “That’s very good picture, Sandy,” Ms Luo encouraged me to keep trying. Since then, he have been crazy about painting.

Tom loved dogs and really wanted to keeping a dog as a pet. However, his mother had to work and had no time to look for after a pet. One day, a homeless dog gave birth to eight puppies in the garden. As Tom heard the news, he immediate took action to help. He brought an old bed sheet for mother dog. He brought a bowl of water and some biscuits, either. Soon the puppies followed him around all the times. When the puppies grow older, Tom decided to adopt one. Her mother agreed because how he had done proved he could take good care of it. And Tom felt very pleasing.

When I started learning Chinese, I was telling that it would take me 10 years to become fluent. However, I’m still working at it 27 years late.
Due to our work on television, some Chinese language learners may think my Chinese is very good. But every day I’m reminded of why I don’t know and how much more there is to learn about.
Gaining fluency in Chinese is marathon and a lot of things may effect how long it will take, from the classes you take, to find a good teacher. And different people have different ideas on fluency. I consider fluency as the ability to read or understand newspapers, magazines and to engage in daily conversations. Who care how long it takes? Just do it and you’ll love it!

Success rarely happen overnight. It is perseverance that makes failure the mother of success. I used to struggle with my math. However hard I tried, little progresses was made. I was about to give up while my math teacher came to my assistance. She told me the value of perseverance and encouraged me keep going. I took her advice and changed her strategy. At the same time, when I had difficulty solved problems, I would ask my teacher for help. It worked at the last and my grades gradual improved. This experience tells me that life is a journey what requires continuous efforts. Only by constant efforts could we eventually obtain success.
