It is hard of me to do others a favor. I live in remote area. I often spend many days without see anyone. But I can volunteer at the local animal shelter. I had worked with a very young cat, who is serious sick, for over a week. About a month ago, she was being found on the side of a road. Every day, I feed her on food or water, help her to take medicine and worry about her. I have made a decision which I adopt her after she recovers. It is well known that good habits do us good all our life. Entered high school, I took delight in having fast food and often eat too much. In the end, I was so serious overweight that I suffered a lot from my awkward appearance. It made matters worse was the fact that my classmates made a fun of me at times. My classmate Liu Ming succeeded in rescue a child from a burning house last Wednesday's morning. He was about to go to school while he heard a child crying. The other day, when my grandma and I are walking home after shopping, all of sudden, a man fell off his motorbike nearby. Without any hesitate, my grandma rushed to help the man rise to his foot. The man was very grateful and said he didn't got injured. The road was wet after the heavily rain. That was because he lost his balance. My grandma still insisted she be sent to the nearest hospital. I was greatly inspired by that she had done and I really admired for her because she had set a good example to me．

I still remembered that one day my backpack was stolen. All my school things were in it, including my valuable notebook with lots important class notes. Yesterday afternoon I was chatting on the phone while something made me look up. On the other sides of the street, I saw my very elderly neighbor kneeling in the grass. I hang up the phone and ran out of the house. He was taking walk, and he tripped (绊倒) on the pavement. My neighbor was very large a man that I couldn't lift her on my own, so I ran back to call my husband! Together we got him standing, and he was unable to walk. Luckily, a woman, which bicycled by, came to help. She got on a lawn chair from my front yard and we got my neighbor seating. After a few minutes' rest, we sent him home.
