I tried a new lifestyle. I gave up the Internet, but even didn’t watch TV. I thought I would feel very boring. However, I had very different day. I wrote two article that morning. In the past, I always want to write one, but I didn’t have time. While I was separated from the Net and TV, I could devote me to writing. I once read an article, that said that every morning the writer spent two hours write without the Net. At that time, I thought of she was too strict. Last Saturday, I got up at six as usual. After a quickly breakfast, I went to the gym to work out. I spent two hours take exercise there. Then I took shower in a bathhouse, where is very close to my school. While I was walking on the street, I notice an old lady who didn’t look well. When she saw me, she signed to me and asked that I could take her home. At first, I was hesitated for a minute but then decided to give her a hand. About twenty minute later, we arrived at the apartment. She was grateful for me and invited me to her home. I polite refused and left.

Last week our music teacher teach us a song，named Indebted Heart（感恩的心），through that now I know we should live with a thankful heart. I think of my parents， who I think are first people I should thank. It’s they who gives me life, bring me up, look after me and teach me how to live happy. I should thank my parents for giving myself so much. Maybe I should consider how to pay back to the love my parents give me. Today, when I walked to home after school, I found the sunset was very beautifully. I stopped at the park and sit on a bench to appreciate the scenery. There was so many people at the park, most of whom were old couples, but they went for a walk. There was a special couple walk hand in hand, which caught my attention. The old woman couldn’t walk well because there was something wrong with her right legs. The old man took care of them carefully. They set good example to the young couples, showing that true love is. Against the sunset, they made up a beautiful scene.
