A rural basketball league in China attracted well close to 100 million live views across the country in 2022 and 2023 respectively.

The Village Basketball Association,     1    (base) in Guizhou Province, is better known as “CunBA”, Cun being the word for “village” in Chinese. The grassroots league was established in 2016 but has recently attracted     2     whole new generation of basketball fans nationwide.
