I have a notebook that I collect all of the good sentences I read in the books.I divide the notebook to several parts, such as Travel, Sports, Technology, School Life and so on.Then I write good sentences in every part.Most importantly, I read it every now and then so that I can remember more and more good sentences.As result, when I begin to write a composition, these sentences natural flow out.

I was asked to deliver the speech before the whole class at the age of 9. I felt shy the moment when I thought of that. Therefore, I had no choice but to prepare for it. The real moment began when I stood on the platform with so many eyes fixing on me. My listener were waiting patiently. I gradual found myself back, giving my speech. My audience applauded at last, that meant I made it.
Since then, my fear of talking before lots of people disappeared. The greatest difficulty on our way to success is your fear. Overcome it, or we will be able to achieve our goals.

When I was young, one of my biggest dreams were to live in a house made out of candy. After so many years, I finally got a chance realize my childhood dream at Sugar Republic, a popularly candy museum in Melbourne. Walking through the door, I entered in a whole new world. The first thing which caught my eye was a big gumball (口香糖球) machine. However, you could not get gumballs from them. Instead, you could become a gumball yourself by climb inside it! Interested in taking picture, you would not be able to put down your camera here. A pink swing and a huge cake were just a few of the amazed things I saw. How a “delicious” experience!

Trying to come to a decision complete on your own can be risky. Some decisions are very important that they shouldn't be made without talking to others first. There have several advantages if you consult the persons you trust. For one thing, they can give you valuable advise and they may point out some 、things you may have been overlooked. For another, friends may stop you make big mistakes.
When consulting others about important decisions, you should keep two things of mind. The first one is that you need to find someone whom you respect enough to trust their judgment. The second thing to consider is how to do if you disagree with this person. Maybe turning to a third or fourth person for help is the best option. In word, making any big decision alone can lead to problems. Talking to friends or family members first are always a good idea.

One day, when I was on the train, there were a crowd at one of the stations. A old man and a little girl tried to get on. Just as she stepped on the train, the guard shut the gate and leave the girl outside. The girl ran after the train and cried, “Mister, let me to go with him. My grandpa is blind. ” Not knew where he was, the old man felt through the air for the gently hand of the girl. I took care the old man and got him off at the next station, which we waited till the girl came. That was the most touched thing I had ever experienced.
