Yesterday, I accompanied my little brother to swimming pool. There, he soon got along with a boy possess a water gun and they played with the toy together. When my brother ran excitedly with the water gun, he scratch the boy’s neck by accident. Shallowly as the scratch was, it was clear. I hurried to comfort the boy, but called the boy’s father. I feared he’d blame for my brother and me. Which was quite unexpected was that I just said it was no big deal. Seeing my brother hang his head in shames, the father comforted my brother, which made me quite touching.

Last Saturday, the members of the Students’ Union showed exchange students studied in our school around the local History Museum.
The students gathered at the school gate at 8:30 am, and then take a bus to the museum, where they showed great interest in the development of their city. They watched videos about local history and admired the treasure from different periods at the moment they arrived. The exchange students were amazing at the ancient objects displayed and deep impressed by the members’ vivid description.
The visit was great success. Not only did it helped the exchange students learn more about China, and it also helped promote friendship between Chinese students and exchange students.

Last month, our school hold an activity themed “Forbid Littering in School”. It was a true unforgettable experience and has left a deep impression on myself. Aiming to solve the problems causing by littering in our school, and the activity called on us to pick up rubbish. Some student used to ignore our school rules and litter everywhere, what made it annoying to walk around the school. My dad is the person to which I’m most grateful. Not only does he take good care of me physically, but he also inspires me spiritually.
Every morning, he gets up early to prepare a healthy breakfast for me. No matter how busily he is, he would drive me to and from school, rain or shine. When I am down or feel anxious about my grades, and my father will take me to a park, or inviting me to see a movie to help me relax. Unless necessary, he will accompany me to see a psychologist for professional assistance. What’s more, the fact that he has a positive attitude to life really have an everlasting effect on me.

Last year we went on an European culture tour. I, together with my friends, were looking forward to visiting the University of Greenwich. So we reached the River Thames on the first day. The weather has been like late summer this week, even though it is November. I have caught chance and walked every morning. Last week I get the first prize in the English Speech Contest held in our school. Which made me very excited. I used to be too shy to speak English in the public.
