I like riding my bike. Though it is not very new, but it is my best friend. I find very easy to go anywhere with a bike. Ride a bike gives me not only exercise but also pleasure. I was a high school student then, from poor family. So I have to work to support my family. My first one job was to clean the tables in a small restaurant. Last year, our class paid a visit a local nursing home. After arrive there, we saw some elder doing Tai chi. They gave us an impression of being energetic but healthy. But there was also some old people seated in the wheelchairs. They were out of the shape, which made me a few sad. They must have experienced a hard life in the past. During that visit, we chat with the old and did some cleaning here. We had such a good time.
