Yesterday, I saw the old lady fall down when I went to school. I was going to help him up. At that moment, a passer-by stop me, saying I might be misunderstood. Hearing from his words, I began to slow down my steps. However, another student, that saw everything, went quick up to help. The old lady said nothing but lots of thank to the boy. I felt badly and ashamed. Help others is forever a virtue of China. We can’t let it disappear. I will try my best reach out my hand next time.
In our life, everyone is surely to have difficulties. It is the same with me. I still remember how worried I am about my English learning three years ago. I had difficulty follow my teacher in the English class. With my classmates often laughing at me because of my poor English, I decided to do anything. Firstly, I took a part in the English Corner that I met many friends. They shared their methods of learning English with me. Beside, I also found it useful keep English diaries. What’s more, I talked with friends on the Internet and exchanged emails with English. As a result, I made great progresses in learning English.
Planning is good as it decides in detail how we do that we want to do. Besides, a plan can bear no fruit without being actually carried out. About a month ago, I sign up for an English speech contest. I spent hours work out a schedule. After that, I set out to read wide, wrote the draft(草稿) of my speech and practiced my pronunciation. In addition to, I tried my best to improve my public speech skills. As result, I won first prize in the contest. I knew my success came from good planning or hard work. From then on, I attach more importances to not only planning what I am going to doing but also carrying out the plan firmly.
When I was in high school, most of my friends had bicycle. I hoped I could also have it. One day I saw a second-hand bicycle, that was only one hundred yuan. I asked my father the money, and he said he could only give me half of the money. I should earn the other half by myself. So I went to sell newspapers after the school. My father was pleasing when I showed him the money a month late. He gave me the other fifty. You can imagine how happily I felt when I ride to school on my own bicycle.
Now I want to tell you something what happened last weekend. On my way to the cinema，I noticed a foreigner talk to a policeman who seemed able to understand what the foreigner was saying. They two looked very worriedly. So I went up to see what I could do help them. I told the policeman a foreigner had lost his wallet and camera. Finally the foreigner got back his belonging with the help of the policeman. All of them thanked me. By the time I arrived at the cinema，the film have been over. Although I'd missed the film，but I was very happy because I had helped others with my efforts.

John began digging in his garden after breakfast on Friday morning. He dug and dug. After half an hour all of sudden he found a coin near his foot. He was pleasing. He put it in his right pocket. A few minutes late, he found another one. He put them in the same pocket, too. The same thing was happened time after time. He was such happy that he went on digging and finding some more coins. However, just when he begins to dig again, he felt something cold in his trousers. They ran down one of his leg. He put his hand down quick, and the coins came into his hand. Now he knew there was a hole in his pocket.
I was entering the underground parking lot when I heard a little girl shouted “Mama, Mama!” I looked around and saw the girl in a car alone. I went over to ask her how was the matter. She said she needed to go to the washroom badly. I tell the girl to get out and I would take him to the washroom. She was very gladly and ran with me to the washroom. After she washed her hand, I took her back to car. Still, her mom didn’t come. I really hoped the girl would tell her mom what had been happened to her. But next time the mom wouldn’t leave her little daughter in the car on herself.
Six-year-old Ismail Zulfic was born with no arms and used to be scary of going into the water after incident in a pool. So that changed when the little boy met Amel Kapo. He set up a local swimming club after noticing what disabled kids struggled to swim in pools for lack of special equipments for them. Kapo taught Zulfic to swim. Zulfic was able to swim well after a little months of practice. He even won for a gold medal in a local swimming competition for disabled people，finish well ahead of other swimmers.
This butterfly without wings showed that desire, will and perseverance are things that real pay off.
Challenges of life are of great important in our growth. It reminds me of my days which I joined in the military training after I entered senior high school. It was the first time I have lived away from my home, so I found difficult to fit in. And the training officer was strict on me. I once thought I couldn’t stick to the end. But final, I made it. The training made it much easy for me to adapt to my future life. And the difficulties I came across have now became a precious memory in my life.
In a short, it’s better to learning to regard the challenges of life as the stepping stone to future success and make the best of them.
Today, at the local convenience store that I work, an elderly man with a guide dog come in. He went to the shelf where there were all kinds of greeting card. He picked up a card, held it up extreme close to his eyes, but struggled to read it. Just as I was about walk over to help him, I found the little girl, who was about ten years old, asking him if he needed help. Before hear his answer, she started to read him almost every single greeting card out loud until the elderly man was smiled. He said, “That’s perfect! His wife will love this one!”
