At the age of 12, I believed that honesty always rewarded. One afternoon, I passed the ball through an empty apartment’s window. The sound of break the window was followed by kids running in all direction screaming, "Run! No one will tell." Therefore, I went to the housekeeper, expecting praise for being so honest. But he laughs, saying kids who broke windows did not stop to talk to him and that how stupidly I was. I didn’t understand until my mother asked me how I felt of when I told the truth. As I was thinking, she continued ,"Instead of which he said, keep in mind that pride in yourself will always be his reward."

It snowed last night, when was quite rare here in Western Washington State. School canceled for the day and the neighborhood kids were so exciting! A couple of my young neighbors knocked polite on my door and asked if they could all play in their courtyard. I was happy to having them and soon they were making snowmen and having snowball fights. I invite them in to have hot cocoa and homemade cookie. The snow didn't last long — it started raining in this afternoon — so I enjoyed seeing the kids have so much fun while it was here!

Later, the group’s leader took out the water bottle and said, “I found a bottle of water in my bag. “Your future depends on many things, but most on you.Yes, I can't agree more to this view. It's true that our future determined by many things, such as opportunities and help from others, but their own attitude, determination, and hard work play a more important role.In other words, we are the masters of our own future.
Take Abraham Lincoln for an example. He was born in a poor family, which only received a limited education in his childhood.Yet through his painstaking efforts, he then changes not only his own fate but also the history of America.Even to this day, Lincoln is regarded as one of the most inspired figures in the world.
However, I firmly believe that our future is in our own hand.
