The Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games ended, but the smell of the dishes at the games is still in the air.

There is a new rule in Hubei Province on March 1st, people who abandon (遗弃) dogs or cats may face fines of between 1,000 yuan and 5,000 yuan. It also required that local governments are responsible for caring about them. Residents (居民) are also not allowed to raise “large and dangerous” dogs.
