As the spring comes, the weather warms up and the rain falls. The world comes back to life. Chinese people call this time of the year Jingzhe and it is one of the “solar terms” (节气) in China. This year it comes on the fifth day of the third month.

Spare (留出) more time for yourself.
By sparing the time for yourself and just being alone for a while, you can have a chance to think and get to know yourself better. And you won’t behave impulsively (冲动地).
