Author: Lewis Carroll Lewis Carroll was born in 1832 in a small town in the north-west of England. His real name was Charles Lutwidge Dodgson. He was a teacher of Maths at Christ Church College but he didn’t enjoy this job very much. In his free time he wrote many short stories. His best-known work, Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, was published (出版) in 1865. It was so popular that Carroll became rich and famous.
