Almost every day, we talk about health. But what is health? Health means eating well, getting enough exercise and having a right weight(体重). Let’s read the following rules.

4 . Can you live without meals? Do you like eating breakfast? Someone ever said, “Eat well at breakfast; eat enough at lunch; eat less at supper. “Breakfast is the most important one.
Recently a test was given to people of different ages, from 12 to 80 in the United States. During the experiment (实验), these people were given all kinds of breakfast. And sometimes they got no breakfast at all. If they didn’t have breakfast, they would feel hungry, no energy or power. They could not work well.
