Although it was autumn, it was snowing in Tibet. It was such cold that our legs felt like blocks of ice. On the afternoon, we found that our water bottles froze because cold weather. But we still enjoyed us during the journey. At one point, we were surprising to find ourselves cycling through clouds. In the valleys colorful butterflies fly around us. It was a great fun to cycle down the hills as it gradual became much warmer. But we had to change our warm coats for T–shirt and shorts.

Last Sunday, a large exhibition was hold in the National Museum to celebrate the success of Reform and Opening-up. My classmates and I were extreme honored to have the opportunity serve as volunteers. We arrived at the National Museum earlier in the morning. Wear the uniform, we got down to our work with great enthusiastic. With friendly smiles, some of we volunteered to greet and welcome the visitors at the entrance. In the exhibition hall, some volunteers stood in the front of the visitors. They were giving vividly introduction of the great achievements over the past years, that attracted the visitors and brought us a sense of achievement.

In our daily life, we both need help.There are often some cases that we help ourselves indirectly when we help others. Last month, a friend of mine asked for me to help him with his English. In order help him, I went over all I have learned and did lots of exercises.To my joy, I found some difficult problems what I couldn’t understand before were easily to work out. After a month, both of us made great progresses in English. Now I come to realize the best way to learning English is to do more revision and communicate most with others.

Everyone needs help. Often there are some cases that we help ourselves indirect in helping others. Last month, Tom asked for me to help with his math. In order to help him, I go over the textbook again and again, and did lots of exercises. To his surprise, some difficult problems that I could not understand before worked out by myself. After a month, with my help, Tom made great progresses in math, too. Such a experience enabled me to realize that help others also does good to ourselves. So when others is in trouble, never hesitate to help them.

Nowadays, there are more and more children suffered from nearsightedness, that is mainly caused by incorrect reading and writing postures and overuse of the eyes. Here is some tips for we teenagers to prevent it.
First of all, rest your eyes each half an hour, for example, looking out for about one or two minutes, or closing your eyes for 30 second or so. Second, when you read or write, ensure that you sit up as upright(挺直地)possible and mind the gap between the eyes or the books. Finally, always make sure there is good light, by which holds the key to a good vision. If we pay more attention to these, we can protected our eyes better.

My burning ambition is to set off an English Writing Club to enrich our school life.
Whatever the difficulties I might encounter, I think they are really nothing comparing to my passion. They will devote myself entirely to establish the club. The club will extend a warm welcome to those are interested in English writing. The members will be scheduled to meet every other weeks on Sunday afternoon, during which professional writers were going to be invited occasionally to give talks on English writing.
Though the club is benefit to our English writing, it is not guarantee that we will achieve high scores in the English text.

Two years before, when I was travelling in Hengdian World Studios, I came across a crew making a new film with one of my favorite actor. I didn’t have my camera with me at that time, but I rushed back to the hotel to get it. Unfortunately, by the time I got back, they have finished the scene and the actor couldn’t be seen everywhere. I was really disappointing and about to leave when he walked out a building. He was right there in the front of me! I couldn’t believe my luck—not only did I have my photo taken with her, but he final signed his name on my shirt!
