One of my hobbies is running. I really like running so it's very cheap. It doesn't cost you any money. You can do it anywhere, as example, on a city street. If you run a lot, maybe three or four times a week, you will definite stay in shape. When you run, it's very important drink lots of waters. You should drink a lot of the water before you run and then maybe you should drink a little when you run, if you ran for more than 30 minutes. Naturally, stretch is very important. Most people actually stretch before you run, and I like to stretch after I run.

6 . According to a recent study in the Journal of Consumer Research. both the size and consumption (食用) habits of our eating companions (同伴) can influence (影响) our food intake (摄取). And it is different from the present research that says you should avoid eating with heavier people who order large portions (份).
To test the effect of social influence on eating habits, the researchers conducted two experiments. In the first, 95 undergraduate women were individually invited into a lab to take part in a study about move viewership.
Both the fat and thin versions of the actor took a large amount of food. The participants followed suit (照着做), taking more food than they normally would have.
For the second test. in one case the thin actor took two pieces of candy from the snack bowls. In the other case. she took 30 pieces.
The tests show that the social environment is extremely influential when we're making decisions. If this fellow participant is going to eat more, so will I. Call it the “I'll have what she's having” effect. However, we'll adjust (调整) the influence.

7 . My husband and I just spent a week in Paris. Our aim was to see if we could live, in some way, like real Parisians(巴黎人). So the first thing we did was rent a rather expensive six-floor apartment which was the size of a cupboard. It was so small that we had to leave our suitcases in the hallway (走廊).
The place wasn't entirely authentic (正宗的), though. Unlike a normal Parisian apartment, the plumbing (水管)worked. There was a nice kitchen and a comfortable bed. Our building even had a small lift with a female voice that said. "Open the door," in perfect French. That is the only French phrase I mastered, and it's a shame that I don't have much use for it.
Parisians are different from you and me. They never look lazy or untidy. As someone noted in this paper a couple of weeks ago, they eat great food and never gain weight. The food is so delicious that you don't need much of it to make you happy. French strawberries don't taste like cardboard (硬纸板). Instead, they explode in your mouth like little flavor bombs.
That is not the only reason why the French eat less than we do. On our first morning in Paris, I went around the corner to the food market to pick up some groceries (食品). I bought a handful of perfectly ripe small strawberries and a little sweet melon. My husband and I agreed they were the best fruit we had ever eaten. But they cost $18.
In France, quality of life is much more important than efficiency (效率). You can tell this by cafés life. French cafés are always crowded. Not all customers are tourists. When do these people work? The French take their 35-hour workweek seriously — so seriously that some labor unions recently struck a deal with a group of companies limiting the number of hours that independent contractors can be on call (随叫随到).
