One of my hobbies is running. I really like running so first of all it's very cheap. It doesn't cost you any money. You can do it anywhere, as example, on a city street. If you run a lot, maybe three or four times a week, you will definite stay in shape. When you run, it's very important drink lots of waters. You should drink a lot of the water before you run and then maybe you should drink a little when you run, if you ran for more than 30 minutes. Naturally, stretch is very important. Most people actually stretch before you run, and I like to stretch after I run .

3 . If you are one of those who think exercise is a waste of time and of no benefit at all to the body, you might have to have a rethink.
Regular physical activity can help protect from some health problems. For instance, exercise controls weight. For the obese (肥胖的),exercise is very important as it helps reduce body fat by building or preserving muscle mass and improving the body's ability to use calories. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories. The more intense the activity is, the more calories you burn. When exercise is combined with proper nutrition, it can help control weight and prevent obesity, a major risk factor for many diseases. Besides workouts at the gym, your body can benefit from other forms of exercise such as jogging, fast walking, running, playing games.
Regular physical activity can improve your mood and the way you feel about yourself. Need an emotional lift or need to blow off some steam after a stressful day? A workout at the gym or a quick 30-minute walk can help. Exercise stimulates various brain chemicals that may leave you feeling happier and more relaxed. You may also feel better about your appearance and yourself when you exercise regularly, which can boost your confidence and improve your self-esteem. Exercise gives you a chance to enjoy the outdoors or simply engage in activities that make you happy.
Regular physical activity is a great way to feel better, gain health benefits and have fun. As a general goal, aim for at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day. If you want to lose weight or meet specific fitness goals, you may need to exercise more. Remember to check with your doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you haven't exercised for a long time, have chronic health problems, or you have any concerns.

4 . I wanted, in 1999, to be a “farmer's wife”. Thankfully, after quick correction by my progressive parents, that gradually turned into “farmer”. But that only lasted until my dad told me I had to put my arms up cows’ backsides. Immediately I rethought my career path. Driving instructor followed, and then somewhere along the way, footballer.
I remember the exact moment when I told my dad I admired my sister, who had trained with Crewe Alexandra Girls for a year or two as a left back. I was watching the game with him and it just came out, “it makes me sad I can't be a footballer.” He asked why not, and I answered, because I'm not a boy and no one watches women’s football.” Looking back I can see exactly why I felt like that.
At school, there was an unwritten rule that sports like hockey and netball were “girl” sports and rugby and football were for the boys I'd never seen a women's football match on TV; the only female athletes I’d heard of were in the Olympics.
Representation is critical, and although we talk about it a lot, I'm yet to be convinced that those were represented often fully understand what it means to those who aren’t, and how, without really releasing, it affects the decisions that makes and the general trajectory of their life. In the words of Marian Wright-Edelaman, “you can't be what you can't see.” Lack of representation leads, at least, to a misunderstanding around a certain group of people, or at worst, fear and discrimination.
When I look back at the conversation with my father, I often wonder what paths I would have taken if the option had not seemed so impossible. In June of last year, people across the world watched talented, skillful female footballers play as the Lionesses took on Scotland in the 2019 FIFA World Cup. Among the millions of viewers, perhaps was a little girl believing that she too can be a Lionesses one day.

5 . Spending time outdoors, especially in green space, is an effective way to improve your health and happiness. It’s been shown to lower stress, blood pressure and heart rate while encouraging physical activity and keeping mood and mental health.
A recent study published in the International Journal of Environmental Health Research adds to the evidence and shows how little time it takes to get the benefits of being in the park Spending just 30 minutes in a park — even if you don’t exercise while you’re there — is enough to improve well-being, according to the research.
For the study, researchers surveyed 94 adults who visited one of three urban parks, over the summer and fall. They were given fitness trackers to measure physical activity but were not told what to do in the park or how long to stay. Each person also answered questions about their life satisfaction and mood — which were used to calculate the score of subjective well-being before and after their park visit. The average park visit lasted 32 minutes and well-being scores rose during the park visit in 90% of people. “People may go to the park and just enjoy nature. They relax and reduce stress, and then feel more happy.” study co-author Hon Yuen says.
It is for all of these reasons that the medical community is increasingly viewing green space as a great place where their patients can obtain physical and mental health benefits. Some physicians, like Robert Zarr, are even writing prescriptions for it. By writing nature prescriptions — alongside medical prescriptions, when necessary — physicians are encouraging their patients to go outdoors and take advantage of what many view to be free medicine. He said, “It’s about making a positive choice in their life rather than a discouraging choice like ‘they’re sick; take a pill. It just seems so much more supportive.”

The first time I hear my family planned to climb on the weekend, I thought it was the end of the world so I was not good at sports at all. To cheering me up, my father told us the first one to get to the top of the mountain would given a prize. Upon hearing this, we began to run up. Although my sister was well ahead of him, I didn't give up. The prize attracted me so much as I kept running forward. Surprising, I reached the top at first. I turned out to be the happy of all, because I not only got the prize but also knew that one shouldn't give up easily. Now I am already 18 year old, but the memory of my childhood is still fresh.
9 . What is better for you? Exercising in the great outdoors, or signing up for a gym?To try and find out, the Guardian was invited to spend a month working withfitness and sports psychology experts at Bath University and the National Trust. The concept was that participants— including me — would spend alternate weeks exercising in a gym and on National Trust land.
The first week was spent on the exercise bikes, rowing machines and treadmills (跑步机) in a gym at Bath.Getting started at the gym was easy. There was a nice community too. People are gently teasing and encouraging each other.
On the downside, it was hard to ignore the background noise ofdance and pop music. And all the machines faced screens showing music videos, rolling news and sports channels. Not a place to get away from it all.
So it was a relief in week two to head for the hills of Dyrham, a National Trust parkland full of birds and deer.
Weeks three and four followed the same pattern. The diaries I had kept, questionnaires I had filled in, and heart monitors I had worn, were then analysed by scientists from Bath University.
The findings surprise me a bit. The heart monitors showed I had consumed a similar amount of energy whether exercising in the gym or outdoors. But fitness expert Martyn Standagewas most interested in the fact that on the days when my exercise had been done outside, I used more energy through the rest of the day.Standage said this fitted with studies that suggest working out in the outdoors leads to a greater feeling of vitality (活力).
Jo Barton, who specialises in studying outdoor exercise, suggested that working out in the fresh air could be “life-changing”.“Exercising in nature lifts your mood and increases your self-respect,” she said.
My verdict? It was more fun outside but sometimes more convenient to get to the gym. A bit of both may be the way forward.
