My name is Li Hua. Start taking care of yourself. Let this be one of the personal goals you set: to finally make more time for yourself. Start saying “no” when you don’t want to do something.     4     Don’t point at each word while you read. When you read word by word, you’re not reading on the level of ideas. You need to read on some level that allows things to come together to form ideas themselves. So practice reading in this way-groups of words that go together.
